Service Included - Event Management For All Bookings
From enquiry to event day: we provide as
much support as you need to ensure your event is a success. Included
in our standard daily rate is a personalised welcome for all Attendees;
we provide location map and menu details to all Attendees.
Day before event: we proactively communicate with Clients for
any last minutes changes to Attendee names, numbers, dietary requirements
etc. Throughout, we work with Clients to optimise room layouts, store
and distribute materials, provide pre and post event questionnaires
as standard.
Upon arrival: after being greeted by our Front of House Staff,
your Attendees can relax in our Cafe Brasserie. Here, daily newspapers
and refreshments are standard and Attendees unwind and look forward
to their day.
Your Event: Your Lead Person or Trainer is asked to inspect room
setup whilst your Attendees relax in our Café. During the day,
complimentary refreshment breaks mid-morning and afternoon are served
in the Café. Lunch can be provided in Room or at a reserved table
in the Café.
